Technopreneur

This artwork is a 3D visualization of the Technopreneur building located at Batam State Polytechnic, created entirely using Blender 3D. The project was developed through a complete workflow starting from the modeling process, material and texture creation, lighting setup, until the final rendering stage. This work was designed to represent a modern architectural building that reflects technology, innovation, and creativity.

In the modeling stage, the building was created using basic 3D objects such as cubes and planes, which were then developed through several techniques including extrude, bevel, loop cut, and scaling. The structure adopts a modern minimalist architectural style combined with futuristic elements. The front facade was designed with strong geometric shapes and smooth curved details in the center area to create a dynamic and elegant appearance. Architectural details such as the main staircase, canopy, railings, pillars, windows, and decorative geometric ornaments on the tower section were modeled manually to achieve a more realistic and structured design.

For the material and texturing stage, the building mainly uses cream-white colors on the main walls to create a clean and modern impression. The glass material uses turquoise-blue tones with transparency and reflection settings to resemble real modern building glass. Several elements such as pillars and railings were given rough surface textures to add visual variation to the overall structure. All materials were created using Blender’s shader system so that the lighting could interact naturally with every surface of the building.

The lighting process used a combination of sun lighting and a dark environment setup to create strong contrast and highlight the architectural form and details of the building. The shadows produced by the lighting help strengthen the depth and dimensional appearance of the object, making the visualization look more realistic and visually appealing. After all stages were completed, the project was rendered using Blender’s rendering engine to produce the final image with detailed lighting, reflections, and material quality.

Overall, this 3D artwork serves as a digital architectural visualization of the Technopreneur building at Batam State Polytechnic, showcasing the combination of modern architectural design and digital technology. Through the use of Blender 3D, this work demonstrates how architectural visualization can be presented in a detailed, attractive, and representative form.
